"Excellent service from the eye department"

I am writing to express my gratitude for the care and treatment my father has received. My father has had both his cataracts done The staff were all thoroughly professional caring and kind to my father who is 85. The hospital was clean and well organised. Only a couple of points _ the waiting area for the operation could be better for wheelchairs and we had a slight hiccup on the administrative process for the second operation which appeared to be due to the administration team not reading the notes correctly
