The day procedure went smoothly from start to finish. The ward nurses clearly knew their roles and were friendly, helpful and informative.
One of them exuded a calm professionalism. The other was cheery and couldn't do enough for you!
Operating theatre staff were extremely professional, my procedure was properly explained at each stage and the results and next treatment steps were thoroughly discussed and communicated.
Overall I was impressed by the friendly calm professionalism of all the staff with whom
I came in contact and the efficiency of the treatment programme from start to finish. The hospital was visibly cleaner than I remember from earlier visits and the staff "tidier".
