"Non urgent care!"

In total I was there 4 hours.....no one seems to take anything as urgent there! Place was not clean, children's area tatty, whole place looked messy, notice on wall for something that had already taken place 5 months ago.

Not much info as to how long the wait was...had to keep asking. Receptionist sent me to doctor first which was mistake, then I waited another 2 and half hours fir nurse.

When I saw nurse they were good but by that time I was frustrated at waiting so long.
