"On the mend"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Surgery (Wards 16-18)

(as the patient),

Presented myself to A&E with a hernia, where I was detained preventing possible complications. Transferred to Ward 18, operated on the following day and detained for one more day for observation.

Would like to express my thanks to A&E, Mr Anderson's surgical staff and Ward 18 staff.

On the mend.

Dear Nil Bymouth,

Many thanks for your very positive comments on the care you received whilst in Wishaw General Hospital. I am delighted that you are on the mend and hope that you continue to improve. I will share your comments with the staff in both areas as they strive to provide the best possible care,

Thankyou once more,

Best Wishes

Maureen
