About: Shotley Bridge Hospital Site

I attended SBH on two occasions last week to get my 8 week booking bloods, as my midwife was unable to get them as I have very awkward veins, I was seen by a midwife who was unable to get them too, they understood my fear of needles and asked me to return the next day to see "the reg" I returned the next day and saw the reg who was unable to get bloods again due to my silly veins, so I was then referred to Dryburn however the care I received from my midwife and the two other ladies was exceptional, I actually felt cared for and glad I made the decision to be seen at Shotley Bridge!
