"Dermatology and gastroenterology out-patients"

I have recently had reason to visit your Dermatology out-patients dept & was looked after by your specialist nurse - what an asset you have! They were so so kind & caring, and took the time to examine me & explained my diagnosis clearly, including my treatment options & put my mind at rest about long term effects, they were brilliant. Even when I rang back with more questions, they rang me back promptly & patiently explained all the answers, they're a real gem & you need to look after them, so more patients benefit from excellent care!

I am also a frequent flyer in Dr Dear's Gastroenterology clinic - another brilliant member of the Royal's team! He may sometimes be running a little late in his clinic, but boy is he worth the wait to see! He takes his time to talk to his patient's, listens to what you say & answers your questions, keeping the answers as straightforward as possible - & all with a smile & a sense of humour. I never feel stupid asking questions & when I recently met up with other patients at a national conference I realised, his care of me is bang up to date with what I should be receiving! Unfortunately, not everyone from other hospitals felt the same way about their care, I feel very lucky to be in their care, thank-you.
