"appoint ment"

So today i was meant to have an appointment at chase farm hospital.

Not knowing what to do I approached the first reception I saw as this hospital does not have a main reception! Yes out of all the hospitals I have ever visited this is the first one that doesn't have a main reception. So you can tell this is going to go terribly wrong already.

I approached the receptionist who was very unwelcoming and rude, and asked if they could help me to find the department where I had to go, which straight away they said they had nothing to do with that department and didn't know where it was and sent me to another building and ask there. Now you would have thought they would of asked or rang someone to try find out but not at chase farm.

So off I go to that building to ask if they know where it is which they said they weren't sure but to go the estates it might be there. The estates?!?! Where is that? Cant anyone give me a clear answer, clearly not!

Ask a porter where the estates were and they said was at the bottom of the hospital ground, thought it was an odd place but off i went.

got there and it was a mental health department which had nothing to do with what I was there. so I asked the receptionist for help and they said they also not sure but they thought it might be in a building further down.

Here I go again to another place. where doors are locked, there are staff members inside who clearly saw me, and I tried calling the bell which I had not response.

This all resulted in me losing my appointment as i couldn't find where I had to go due to the fact no staff member could help me.

Staff members are very unprofessional and rude.

The hospital is filthy.

Horrible layout.

Terrible signs.

I really don't know how Royal Free Hospital agreed to have this hospital part of their foundation. Such a good hospital teamed up with a terrible hospital with really bad reputation!

A lot of work will need to be done for it to catch up with Royal Free Hospital!!

I definitely would not recommend anyone to this hospital! Not even my worse enemy!
