"Wild Goose Chase?"

About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill)

I came early, by patient transport, for a 2.15 appointment, but was not called until way after that time. I was then sent for an X-ray (unnecessary, because I had one at the time & place of the accident) & told to wait for news of an outpatient MRI appointment. So: Was my visit here, today, really necessary? It is now getting on for 6pm as I wait for further (superfluous?) patient transport.

I am sorry for the delay in responding. If you would like to contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service we can seek to investigate the events that occurred during your outpatient attendance regarding imaging and why you felt that your attendance may have been a wasted one.The email contact is kch-tr.pals@nhs.net
