About: Westmorland General Hospital

I've been waiting for my appointment to come through when we traveled 1hr 30mins to get to hospital. I went to main reception to find where I was going the volunteer was very helpful.We found where we were going the staff on the help desk where I was going to was very helpful. When we got there the nurse said there was a fault with the machine so a colleague took it away to try and fix it so we could get on with the investigation but after 1hr the nurse said they can't fix it so the clinical investigation will be cancelled today and will have to be rescheduled. I came off tablets 7days ago and liquid medicine 2 days before.

£ 20 lost in fuel to get there and car park charges and then cancel the pick up for the next day.The volunteer on main reception was very approachable and very helpful just a shame it was a waste of a day.
