The trauma of being diagnosed with breast cancer, and all the subsequent treatments, was carried out in the most professional manner. I never felt that I lost my dignity and always felt secure with the professional approach of every member of staff that I encountered, in the many different departments I attended. A nasty experience was made palatable and comfortable. Many, many thanks to all involved.
