I was really impressed with the nursing staff in the preassessment dept. and the nursing staff in the day surgery unit. Although only having a minor procedure under general anaesthetic it can still be quite nerve racking. I was made to feel very comfortable before the procedure and afterwards every care was taken to look after me in a friendly way.

Both the consultant and the anaesthetist also were very kind in trying to put me at my ease.

This was a great advertisement for the National Health Service, keep it up.
