I was referred to the hospital by my dentist in mid-July and I am stilling waiting for an appointment. My dental practice has confirmed that the hospital acknowledged the referral in July. I have tried ringing the hospital to ask when I will be seen but either no one answers the phone or you get through to the answering machine and put on hold until you give up. I have even used the option of leaving a message and asked for a ring back but no one has bothered to do this. I cannot comment on the profession care the hospital provides but the administration arrangements are atrocious and show a total lack of dignity and respect for the outpatients.
The 'When did you visit this hospital?" should have an option of "Still waiting for appointment"
