"Staff are always kind"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I have been attending the Ophthalmology clinic for two, maybe three, years and have always found it to be efficient and well run, the staff are always kind.

However, my last visit was exceptionally good, the lady doctor, I think she was Indian, was so very kind and helpful, she went the extra mile to reassure me, put me at ease and keep me informed. I wanted you to know how much I appreciated her kindness
