Worst time keeping ever!

Appointment was for 2pm, why set appointment if your not going to stick to it?

I was extremely saddened to hear about your bad experience in Children's Outpatients. Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback, however I would like to gain a little bit more information about your appointment.
