Really disappointing follow up appt with consultant who wouldn't even look at the pictures I of the rash when it was at its worst.
they had at previous appts asked if I had any and due to a phone problem I couldn't access them. The consultant argued with me constantly during appt and I felt belittled and disbelieved. Wouldn't use the service again but hugely grateful to the other departments where I have fantastic care at the Royal London who I would recommend anytime. The fact that the care in dermatology was so disappointing in comparison makes it more so. Let's hope they take patients views on board
