"Rash and disappointing follow up appt"

Really disappointing follow up appt with consultant who wouldn't even look at the pictures I of the rash when it was at its worst.

they had at previous appts asked if I had any and due to a phone problem I couldn't access them. The consultant argued with me constantly during appt and I felt belittled and disbelieved. Wouldn't use the service again but hugely grateful to the other departments where I have fantastic care at the Royal London who I would recommend anytime. The fact that the care in dermatology was so disappointing in comparison makes it more so. Let's hope they take patients views on board

We are very sorry to read that you were made to feel belittled and disbelieved by our consultant. Please accept our apologies for this. It is always upsetting to hear when patients feel disappointed by our services as our teams work hard to provide the best possible care they can.
