I should like to place on record how I
Sunday 22Sept. a telephone call, early afternoon ' the Sister here,Addenbrookes Hospital. Just checking you are 'coming in' this afternoon?
A blank response from me(aged 87). I had not recd a letter, dated 11 September.
Realising how badly I wanted the angigram 'procedure' on my leg I gathered my thoughts, and replying 'somewhere I have a hospital packing list and I might to get a 'car lift', I will phone you back when \I have done some phoneing. Luckily my close friend said she could help and I was in Ward G3 by 5.30.
This is not a complaint but I suggest a phone call a week before, to check your appt. letter had been received, rather than day before.
