"Unbearably pain full arm."

I attended the A & E at East Surrey hospital due to waking up to a very painful arm the pain became unbearable.

I was booked in then assessed and then waited for a while eventually got seen by Mary not sure what her position was but she was fantastic her questions where thorough and she was very polite. She very comforting and reassuring as I was very worried.

She explained what the cause of the pain was and exercises I needed to do along with a prescription to relieve me of the pain. Staff like Mary made it a lot more bearable very happy.
