"Visit to ENT clinic of the doctor"

I attended the above clinic recently on Friday 2nd October.

Unfortunately we hear of so many negative comments,opinions and experiences in the media about the care and treatment received by patients in NHS hospitals.Thus I felt that I just wanted to tell you about the very positive experience that I had in the clinic.I saw the doctor(the first time I have met them)and thankfully the doctor had good news about the tests and MRI scan that I had undergone.But what a lovely ,kind,friendly and caring person they are!

The doctor explained everything so clearly and concisely and gave me every chance to ask questions and talk about my symptoms.

The doctor told me what action they propose to take to get the right treatment for me and this was very reassuring.

Thank you very much to King George Hospital but particular thanks and appreciation to the doctor for the exceptional level of care,concern,courtesy and kindness that he showed to me(a worried patient and senior citizen!)
