Million thanks to all staff in AE, i really do appreciate your caring and professional attitude.i gave a visit on Sunday the 4th of October at 5.30 and spent 6 hours but what a pleasant 6 hour it was, had to mention. I have witnessed wiyh my own eyes, how staff was running one to another, trying to give the best support and comfort which those people who were there including me, on my visit, i didnt feel like im in the middle of nowhere, i knew that i was in right hands, Many thanks once again.

Thank you for the feedback about your recent trip to our Emergency Department. We do not often hear that a trip to A&E is a pleasant so I can only credit this to the care and dedication given by the staff in the department. As you mentioned they work tirelessly in a professional manner to look after all the patients who attend the Emergency Department.

I trust that at the end of the 6 hours you too were offered the treatment you required and are now making a good recovery.

I will be sure to pass on your kind comments to the Matron to share with her team.
