I went into Louth hospital for a total knee replacement. I had never had major surgery & reports of dirty wards, uncaring nurses & bad food in the nhs compounded my fears, I was afraid.
But Fotherby ward was spick and span, the nursing staff put me at ease & could not do enough {it brought me to tears their kindness}. The food was well presented, hot appealing & tasty.
My Stay here could not have been better in a 5 star hotel.
Absolutely delighted, well done to all concerned.
