I went on saturday afternoon. The service from reception to triage to seeing a doctor in a&e ,including xray, was effecient and staff were pleasant and helpful. The receptionist even changed the tv channel because it was rugby!! The whole process only took two hours and the doctor i saw in a&e was fantastic. I was also aware of other patients being treated around me in the same way.
I cant remember the doctors name or the radiologist but they were both great.
I wouldnt want to recommend anyone to attend urgent care but if you have to id recommend this one!
Lets stop complaining about the nhs.
