"Angry"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

Absolutely discussed at the run around i was given trying to find out about my girl friend, after ringing up the CDU to see if she was there, i was told she had been moved to short term dept, where by the nurse i spoke to told me absolutely nothing of her condition apart from that she was ok and would be coming home tomorrow, when i promptly told the nurse that i would be complaining about the lack of communication, they hung up, so i called back, were another nurse who was more than helpful told me exactly what was going on and how she was doing, i thanked them for the information and their apology, if the staff you employ were more like the second nurse i spoke to then i would not be complaining about the 1st nurse then maybe people like myself and her daughter would not be left in the dark as to what was going on and how she was doing.
