(as the patient),

I was admitted by ambulance in April 2015, after suffering a heart attack. The care and treatment I received were first class. From the Surgeon who performed my procedure (stents fitted), to the nursing staff, catering staff and even cleaners, thank you all so very much. Fantastic service by dedicated people! ! !
