My sister was very ill and in Intensive Care I am from a different area and have been parking in a disabled bay at The Sunderland Royal using my Blue Badge. I've been quite a few times over the last few weeks.
Recently a fellow driver told me that I had to register my car in the hospital or I will be receiving £70 fine for each time I have parked in hospital grounds I will not be able to pay the amount I will owe as some days I have been twice. I went in hospital and registered explained to the lady on desk what had happened she says I will be getting the fines but its not the hospital its a separate company.
I feel it does not matter who it is its robbery as I had done nothing wrong my badge was displayed something should be done about this at Sunderland Royal disgusting.
