"suspected heart attack care and treatment - A&E..."

About: Whiston Hospital

I was sent straight to A&E from my doctors surgery as my blood pressure was extremely high, along with other symptoms.

I was seen on arrival in the department and received the most swift and concerned care I could have wished for,

The only complaint I had was that I had a four hour wait for a bed after all the tests and consultations from doctors and experts were done.

Once on 1C I was well looked after and was kept informed.

I was moved to1D when a bed came available and had the same excellent care there.

I would really like to pass on my thanks to all staff on both wards, I witnessed so much care and compassion from the staff on both wards, thank you to the hard working and caring staff.
