"Outpatients Eye clinic Horsham hospital"

About: East Surrey Hospital

Arrived for appointment, half hour wait for eye drops, then 2 hours later finally seen by the Doctor. waiting room packed standing room only.

Three doctors on duty, spend most of the time walking up and down with no rush to see patients. This is not the first time, its always a poor service.

Dear Anonymous

I'm very sorry to read your comments about the eye clinic at Horsham Hospital. Unfortunately we do get a lot of comments about how busy the clinics are but normally this is followed by how well patients' feel they are treated there. Given that I'm sorry that you felt you received a poor service and would like to look into it further.

If you could e-mail me at ian.mackenzie@sash.nhs.uk I will ask someone to look into what happened on the day you attended.

regards

Ian
