"Poor follow up"

About: Royal Manchester Children's Hospital

My daughters consultant had to chase and chase the hospital for the results of a biopsy and then received very little information when they finally received the results. My daughter is also under the care of the dietician who was lovely at our appointment and told us to contact them or their two colleagues at any point if we had any questions. I left the team a VM 3 weeks ago, my daughters nursery have also called and left a message - my consultant also called a week ago whilst I was sat in his office and left a message for them to call me and still no returned call. At the moment we're taking a punt at how much of the prescribed formula she should be taking as absolutely no one knows except our dietician! At least it's down in writing should anything go wrong!!
