"Absolutely Amazing Hospital"

My Mother became unwell as we were in the departure lounge at Gatwick. She was admitted to The East Surrey Hospital. I can not praise it enough. We were away from home yet were made to feel safe & they informed us fully of everything. Her Consultant was so kind, answering my Mothers questions with clear explanations. I was impressed as they had obviously summed my Mother up and was both friendly and able to reassure her in the manner most appropriate to Mum. Being away from family & friends made us both more reliant on hospital staff, everyone was wonderful. I didn't meet a single person who didn't help me with a smile. I really can't thanks the staff enough. My only regret is that it isn't our local hospital. Thank you once again.
