I didn't have an appointment for my x ray but I was waiting for less than 5 minutes, was seen very efficiently and effectively and altogether was in and out in less than 40minutes.
The staff were all very friendly.

I think you may have been seen at the Wharfedale Minor Injuries Unit, which actually comes under the jurisdiction of Local Care Direct.
