"Shocking"

About: King's Mill Hospital

This hospital is shocking!

Every single appointment that's has been made has been changed for 3 weeks later the day before appointment! 3rd time now out of 3

I tried to contact the hospital by mobile 16 phones calls later in a que then cuts you off ..to find out later that's what it does if your on a mobile and not a landline

The second time I tried to contact for results it took 22 phone calls to get through to the right department! no wonder the cancellation rate is high because nobody can get through to change or cancel appointments

If I ever get my results from this place it will be the last time I ever use this hospital......
