"Fantastic Service from a Lovely Sonographer"

I would like to express my gratitude to the Sonographer in the X Ray Department at North Cambs Hospital after a visit that I had with them today (02.10.15).

I was due in for my 34 week scan of my unborn baby to check the placing of my placenta, I was quite worried and emotional and burst into tears as soon as I walked into the room for my scan.

The Sonographer was so lovely to me and has such a calm and warm personality that I felt that I really wanted to say thank you to them for just helping me through it.

This is the second scan that I have had with this member of staff and I had the exact same experience the first time (without the tears), with them being very thorough in their explanations, talking me through each stage of the scan, reassuring me that what they were carrying out was routine or advising me if it was not.

It is people like this that make me incredibly proud of our NHS and this person should be proud of the service they provide.
