About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

Let me start with some staff are amazing.

But unfortunately I have had numerous health problems last 15 months and I feel some staff don't care what is happening, what their actions or inactions and the effect they have had on you.

Today I am left in tears with the frustration and trying to cope.

I am so upset but what do I do? Complain and get treated worse next time?

This is not about just one department either.
