"wrongful discharge"

i was discharged after 2 days. Could see a problem with my right kidney. However could not motinor my input and output of urine as the poor nurses we totally understaffed.

I was sent home with on 1 out of 4 of my tablets and tols to go back in 6 weeks to out paitients. Having been in pain and still in pain for over a week I cannot comprehend there descision?

My notes on discharge seen to be about some one else. Apparently my pain has subsided?
