It is a beautifully designed environment, but is only effective because of the dedicated, caring and hardworking staff.

Having visited my husband regularly in Beach Ward over the last 4 months I have nothing but praise and admiration for all the people who supported and looked after us both.

It has been our pleasure to care and support both your husband and yourself.

Indeed our new environment has gone a long way to improve the care experience for our patient group. However as you rightly point out, it’s the commitment and dedication of the care team that ultimately rewards our patients with the quality of care they deserve. I have passed your kind comments to the team.

We extend our appreciation for your patience and loving support to your husband whilst in our care, during a particularly difficult time for you. The role of family/carer is fundamental in helping the team deliver the best care for patients, you did this admirably.

Thanks again for taking the time to feedback to us about your experience of our in-patient service, it is appreciated.
