"4 Hours of waiting around..."

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

After being seen by a consultant who had no idea about my history, my hearing aid fell to bits while still in the hospital so I asked them if they could fix it and they said they couldn't, I went back a few hours later only to find it still hadn't been done. It takes less then a minute to do, So I went back in about 10 minutes later and it still wasn't ready so waited a further 10 minutes in the hospital before it was finally done. I missed picking my son up and had to walk around for hours not being able to hear a thing, very disappointed in my care today as I usually have no problem with the staff or hospital.
