went to the PRU today accompanying a friend. she had been suffering chronic pain for two months. she had been to her GP and drop in centres to no avail. She was triaged and referred to sub acute. The doctor was very professional listening carefully to what she said, he took care re dignity and asked a nurse to come in as a chaperone. he was very through and explained everything very well. She is still in pain but very relieved to have a diagnosis. Well done.
