About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

After 3.5hours waiting and seeing Nurse from hell we were seen by a NP and consultant who were fantastic.

While I appreciate the A+E dept is being abused there is no excuse bad triage and bored staff.

Triage needs to start on the door so inappropriate patients are re directed.

The whole department is filthy
