"Why go private?"

My wife today came home from the De Cham ward.

We both would like to thank the nursing staff for their excellent care from initial consultation right through to the operation the treatment could not have been better.

Being seen within minutes of the appointment time each time we have visited, all the staff we have seen have been more than courteous and special praise must go to SN and HCA : a real credit to the trust, where nothing was too much trouble.

5 star throughout doesn't say enough and the only possible add on would be a private room, but honestly this is a minor issue and had we personally paid £5 or even £10k we still couldn't have expected more.

Quite simply you couldn't expect better service.
