"Fantastic Service"

I wasn't even aware Orsett had a minor injury unit until this week when my son burnt his hand at home. The nurse we have seen twice so far is fantastic. The reception staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The waiting time on the 1st visit was 10 minutes and today was about an hour but luckily my son was no longer in distress so the small wait (compared to a large A&E) wasn't bothersome at all. There are plenty of toys and books to keep him entertained. Would 100% recommend this service to all.
