Had an operation booked for today arrived at 7.15 waited 5 hrs and still wait in In the end I gave up its hopeless, first op in St Helens cancelled due to contaminated plates. Now waited another 5 hrs pitiful communication (like st helens)
I am not bothering again as I am tired of let downs and useless staff!!!
