What could be improved

new cleaners and a better time slot i know there a busy hospital but i had a 6 hour waite, and a shake up of the staff not all of them there is some realy nice ones

Anything else?

i was in the to see a doc about my arm few weeks ago and there was a 6 hour wait and the ladys that was ment to be in at 9am got in at 12 noon the doc was having summet to eat and asking her to spell words and he told he se was too fat she was that upset and crying i walked out and now changed to wyenthshaw

Thank you for posting these comments. It is difficult to know exactly what you mean when you suggest new cleaners, a better time slot and a shake up of staff would improve the hospital.
