On Monday September 28th I attended an appointment at the clinic and on arrival I was shown the waiting area.After waiting for over half an hour I was called into see a doctor who apologised that there was no one in the consultant's team available that afternoon and that I would be sent a new appointment time . I found I had driven twenty miles for nothing.I filled out a questionnaire registering my disappointment.I hope that this does not happen again to myself or anyone else.
