About: Colchester General Hospital

Still waiting for response from the PALS department where I made a complaint re refund on parking! A staff member at the General Office was very rude, had an attitude and is obviously not happy in their work.......please don't take it out on members of the public particularly at this time when public confidence is at a low...this staff member does nothing to enhance your hospital............when you are a visitor and anxious about relatives you do not need to be subjected to this unwarranted treatment by someone who needs some staff training in communications.......if you cant take care of the members of the public how on earth are you going to manage the patients!
