I was seen to very quickly at A&E

What could be improved

Doctor-Consultant communication. I was told by the doctor that he was happy for me to go home without being admitted to the hospital. Then I was told that his comsultant was not happy for me to go home. The i was told the consultant (who had not seen me) was actually happy for me to leave. Also I was told I could take a copy of my information from the day home with me, and they would be photocopied straight away. Then I was told I couldnt. The phrase used was 'Well I say you can't which I find a bit rude.

Anything else?

Very small A&E department but you are seen to vewry quickly.
