About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

having fallen and ended up needing crutches and a wheelchair to attend my outpatients appt I was not able to use the drop off zone as it was full of parked cars with no one in them. there did not seem to be any warden around to deal with this and the resulting confusion with cars trying to pull up was obvious difficult for patients with impaired mobility such as myself.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. I am so sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at the drop off zone, this shouldn’t be happening.
