Some of the Staff were helpful.

What could be improved

Provision of information, speed of information, quality of information and communication and not treating me as someone who would not understand. Doctors failing to listen and not understanding that patients should be a participating part of the process. Doctors failing to follow up and failing to discuss or provide treatment options. ie The teams decided this is the treatment for you and this is what you will have !
