"Comment relating to a Nurse"

My wife and I visited your minor injuries unit last Thursday afternoon 24 September. I had injured my thumb. One can only describe the Nurse as an absolute angel. The Nurse was indeed, no less than super efficient with regards to the treatment they gave to myself, totally wonderful in their personality.

'Thank you' Nurse for your kindness and consideration, in 'my book' you are no less than 'a star' a absolute credit to your profession.

Thanks Bob for such a lovely comment. I suspect that perhaps it wasn't the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital you visited on this occasion, as we don't have a minor injuries unit.
