"Emergency treatment on 20 July and on 11 August..."

About: Western Eye Hospital

20th July - Having been sent to A&E at The Western Eye Hospital by my GP, I was met by competent, understanding administrative staff.

The clinical staff were professional and diagnosed the issues immediately.

Having been in pain and greatly worried, I felt safe and in good hands, and I received outstanding treatment.

The NHS is wonderful. The Western Eye Hospital is exceptional.

11th August - I had to return as the symptoms began to reappear - the initial eye drops were reinstated immediately.

Ten weeks after my first visit - I have now finished the steroid drops and my eyesight is back to normal.

I have been treated with care, respect and professionalism.

Thank you all so very much indeed.
