(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We live in Grantham where dental help is private only. No NHS centres either so had to call Nottingham NHS Walk In. A bit worried after bad comments from friends but the Nottingham one who accepted us as an emergency were really brilliant. My son had a badly broken tooth but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently and the process explained every step of the way. Wonderful building, brilliant staff. Very friendly and nice to know where to go if ever need urgent help. Wish there was one closer to home.

It is good to know that you found the Dental Service at the Walk-in Centre efficient and friendly and they were able to provide emergency dental treatment to your son.
