I would like to just send in a email to say how good Dr Ausel was and is, from the time I visited A& E coming direct from Edinburgh Royal where I was before visiting the A&E in Kirkcaldy. Dr Ausel takes time to listen, understand and care about what I was saying to her and showed the best bed side manner I have every seen and told me what she was going to do and what was going to happen.

Dr Ausel went out her way to help and I thank her for that as if it was not for her I would most likely be dead by now as I was in so much pain that only Dr Ausel could see and was going to go that extra mile to help, this was backed up by Dr Ausel getting hold of the Pain Clinic and getting me seen by Jeanette and Dr Gilbert who have worked to get my pain under control

Please say a big thank you to Dr Ausel..

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent hospital experience involving Dr Ausel and the Pain Team. It was good to hear that Dr Ausel took the time to listen to you and to share infromation with you and to hear of the ongoing support you are receiving in relation to pain control.

I will be delighted to pass your thanks on to the staff you have identified and to the Management Teamk responsible; this will be much appreciated.
